# Tilly Engineer Skills (TES)

> TES turns coding-agent rules into local, inspectable engineering evidence.

TES is a local operating layer for governed coding agents. It governs Codex,
Claude Code, and Cursor through adapter-specific surfaces, versioned Markdown
memory with derived recall, deterministic gates, and retained evidence.

This file is an optional machine-readable map to canonical public docs. It does
not replace repository documentation and does not guarantee tool discovery or
recommendation.
